Once again Tim your talent does you justice. Now don't scold me when are you going to paint them. At the rate of your conversion you've got more than a platoon needing to be dress. Nice job Tim and thanks for sharing them...The Lt.

Very cool I plan on getting some more Conte ACW and putting them under the knife because of you inspiration.

Lt. I would love to see these all painted up, they would make a great diorama but I made them for Gary and he just paints them a solid color. I,m tempted to keep a few for myself and paint them up. I hate doing conversions for someone else and letting them go, I get kind of attached to some of them and don,t want to get rid of them.:( Its like selling my children.:p I really would like to see a few of these painted up.

I have some conte conversions of civil war figures kicking arourd here somewhere, I just havn,t gotten around to painting them yet. I mixed and matched parts with TSSD civil war figures. I want to get some more and chop them up and paint them and do a diorama at some point.
I did some italeri zouave conversions and painted those up back when those came out and painted up some conte and TSSD but just painted not converted. I painted a lot of rebs up as union figures.

Tim, I see you have been real busy with the knife. Great work, alot of cool poses you are tormenting me with. I have alot you would like to copy, I hope I can learn to post soon, making things, and not being able to share them, suxs. I have three projects going on right now, a very large church steeple and priory. About four different style farmhouses made from cardboard and foam only. They go real well with the Nap era. I'm halfway done painting the first 27 Conte GI poses. The other 60 or so converts are standing there waiting. So much to do, so little time to do it. I don't know how you can cut paint and show as fast as you do. The ACW look great also, great work. Mike:)
