Who wants more WWII? I do: MG 34/42, panzershek teams, 30 cals, 101st and 82nd Airborne, or any WWII for that matter.

I wanta see some 82nd and 101st produced. Can't wait to see more WWII stuff come out...as I was told we would see in late summer early fall.

These needs are being addressed. Please understand that all of these will be figures that I sculpt for W. Britain's Fall/Winter collection. There should be an interesting mix in the next big catalog.
Obviously these will match the work I did for the ONWTC brand that I was 40% owner of. Please note the comparision photo on the other thread. I will try and post some more soon!
All the best!

Ken,

I'm glad that you are involved with Britains and are continuing some WW2 subjects. Since I "mix 'n match" I don't care about the name on the box. Frankly I mix ONTC with Conte (both metal and plastic), with recent Britains. The continuity of size and quality is what I am after. I look forward to be seeing the future items (especially GIs).

Hi,
We are in the early stages of new WW2 sets and hope to have some out by the end of the year.

Not for me (except aircraft) but I am happy to see it for those that do collect it and to keep our fine producers solvent so that they can continue to do earlier periods.;) I also do enjoy the Dios some of you make with them so keep the river flowing I'd say.:)

Any hints for the eagerly awaiting WWII ONTC collectors?

It should be noted that Ken Osen is no longer affiliated with ONTC and has not been for quite some time now. His posts may be better suited under the Britains thread.

We are curently working on support sets for the infantry we have already done.

Hey stranger, where have you been? Good to hear from you again Rick.

As you know, I'm a big WWII collector that actually prefers 1/32 scale but continues to buy almost too much 1/30 scale WWII sets due to the selection and incredible quality it offers today.

I have all WWII releases (including some duplicate sets) ever offered by ONTC including many customized FOV vehicles that I love. Additionally, I've collected all of the WWII Britains sets made by Ken Osen recently and mixing them together with your (ONTC) sets and FOV/ 21st Century vehicles, Build-O-Rama materials makes for excellent dioramas and an enjoyable experience.

So, I'm very happy you haven't abandoned WWII and have decided to complement existing WWII 1/32 scales releases with "support" figures. What do you mean by support figures? Artillery teams, vehicle passengers, drivers, medics, tank riders, etc.?

I hope so because the FOV, 21stCentury vehicles need quality painted sculpted figures to complement them, IMO. Especially since the price of this hobby is rising and especially in the 1/30 scale and this presents an opportunity to leverage off the embedded 1/32 - FOV, 21stCentury vehicle/ armor market crowd plus any plastic/ metcal crossover market collectors that might now be priced out of the KC, HB and Figarti Armor market.

It's just a thought but either way please elaborate what you mean by "support" figures and maybe an estimate of when they might be available. Will you showing any othem in Chicago?

Thanks,

Carlos

I like the big boxy one. Do not know what it is called but It is one of the neat ones. They make it in plastic (Steve Weston).
