I don't know if I can single out a song but English band The Smiths put out some pretty depressing music in the 80s.
From time to time I have heard some pretty un-encouraging metal music with titles such as "Live to Die". I think a lot of hip-hop is pretty negative too.

Can't stand a lot of their music to be honest,always prefered the Stones myself,always thought their lyrics more life like and gritty as opposed to all that Love me do stuff.

I am crazy about The Beatles, Stones and most 60s rock. Generally non-depressing though.

Most songs from Pink Floyd's «The wall» album. That said, I find that they are very well done and I like the album, which has a mix of depression/rage mood.
