If anyone is familier with the above copter it list as 1-32 but from my recolection of seeing this in stores it was on the too small side. In other words it would not fit with the upcoming TSSD VietNam figures. Does anyone know this for a fact or have any other info on it.

It was listed as 1/32. I have many. Is it true 1/32? Good question but it's close. Much I think will depend on scale of soldiers. It does go with Britains, Figarti or First Legion. It would be small for K&C.

It looks a tad small, but I haven't seen one in person yet. One thing that might make it "small" is that it appears to be a UH1B versus a UH1D. The B wasn't seen much in the RVN.

It better work I just bought 2 and 2 more are pending. As I stated from what I remember from years ago seeing it in a hobby store, on the small side, but I'm using this for my plastic figures so as long as it's not old Marx tank small I should be OK. Everyone I talked to about using the Revell 1-32 model talked it down, to fragile, to hard to put together, etc.
Speaking of VietNam have you seen what the 21st Century M113 sells for now, at least $100. I remember when Walmart had them marked down to $6 and they still sat on the shelves. There was nothing back then to use them with.

Gary, you send me two 1:32 REVELL BELL CHOPPERS and I will build you one solid toy!
All the kits I build, I build them as toys to be used with figures.

GK, unfortunately the M113s weren't very common in my area. I remember seeing some at Toys R Us (remember when they were the primary source for 21C stuff?). Unfortunately I passed on them. I didn't see any again until they became "collectible". Like most 21C stuff they were re-scaled from a Tamiya model kit, and fortunately the M113 was a fine kit, so the "toy" version looks good. I often wish that 21C had scaled down their M48A3 to 1/32nd - that would have been fun!
