I having the joy of moving cabinet between rooms. It is amazing how long it takes to remove the figures from the cabinets. I am doing this because I just received a new cabinet and I am trying to get order within the individual cabinets.

I have not even set mine up yet...and my collection is still in boxes.

ZB!

Brother if you moved...you have to hire Christies to inventory, insure and re-locate your collection. I dread it too...for your sakes.

I agree Brian, I have moved my entire collection and i'll probably have to do it again one day!

hi guys ,
Can relate to this thread for sure.

I work in a profession ( maritime port management) where every 3-4 years I move country to become the resident manager at a new port location. all my possessions go with me in a couple of 40ft containers. each time I do this I have to repack , transport and re-set up my collection which at last inventory was 990 soldiers plus associated vehicles and dios. it's a nightmare on a recurring 3-4 year schedule ! I never escape ! plus sometimes I wake up in a cold sweat in the middle of the night in case my personal possessions container goes over the side of the ship en route or gets crushed during transportation. I can insure my little guys, but can you imagine having to rebuild a collection from scratch...... mostly retired......horrible.
