Watched this brilliant film last night, in between private networking and messing around with French Canadians Heid's. What a wonderful movie. Full of images of a Britain that never truely existed.....and certainly will not ever again.
Really recommend this film, Mrs Miniver, for our members who want nostalgia.

it really is a classic , the speech at the end in the church was a standout

I am a big fan of Home front/propaganda films and this is without doubt one of the best ever.Classic indeed.
