I have gone through different phases of soldier collecting as this thread will show in time.

Like very much the "academy" way of Russian painting
They are very strong with added graphisms on clothes or shield, but also very far of reality IMO
To my knowledge there never was a LXII legio and the shields designs showns are a mistery to me
The same can be said for the shield of their bystanders
But nowadays, it's great looking; like the movies of the 50ies 60ies
The diorama ( made), sorry, painted with the Andrea's figures is great
