My Favourite Wehrmacht Throwing Grenade Figure (1 Viewer)

I do not know how many different models of TOY Soldiers of the Wehrmacht have been crafted over the years since the end of WWII. But be it injection molded plastic models or the more current products of China's mainland toy factories IMO none of the produced does so clearly succeed in captuering that authentic look than those old Elastolin or Lineol composition models.
The lifelike design of those figures was much limited by the tools of production for composition toys. The figures whern't casted but pressed useing brass-molds and huge presses delivered several tons of pressure to form the composition dough into the shape of a figurine.
That limited the freedom of design considerably. But to me even with their sometimes odd shaped helmets and rather simple steel-wire rifles the natural poses and overall appearance of some of these figurines remain unmatched to the present day.
Thank you for shareing
Kind Regards
