My New Dioramas! (1 Viewer)

Hi fellow Foggers,
In the four days I have been back from school, I have completed two dioramas, start to finish, each being done in ONE DAY. The first was a base for the Britains Coldstream band and Christmas sets:

The second is the first of two 28mm ACW "War Train" cars that I am making for my father for Christmas/Hanukkah, who collects S-Gauge trains.

Thanks! I'm working on another car, this one is closed in and has 2 cannons. I'm also working on a Spanish seaside diorama with a GIANT castle!

Some of the sets are still hanging around. If you surf the web and eBay, you can find all of the band, the NCOs, the colour party (might be hard or $$ though), HOWEVER, the marching privates are very hard to find, because people like me bought multiples (2x the first set, 3x the second). I really recomend this band, and it is one of the nicest I have ever seen. If you can't find certain pieces try ATS (http://www.ats-uk.net/www.ats-uk.net/info.php?p=17). There were 4 band sets (not including colour party) (http://www.wbritain.com/products.cfm?catID=3169).

Glad you are home and relaxing, and I'm sure sleeping in after a semester of military school. I really like the idea of the 28mm rail cars with the cannon. Very creative. See you next week (and be sure to wear your new stripes).
