Hi again, for those that requested some images of my new Trophy Sets, once sorry about the quality of the images!
The 1st set is WW1 American Infantry on the march GW16 (USMC) in Montana Peak Hats,on viewing the set i made the mistake of thinking they were New Zealand or Australian infantry, but purchased them anyway because i didn't have the set already:)The 2nd set is American Civil War ACW35,The Garibaldi Guard ,officer and 5 men charging. The blue in the photos appears lighter than it actually is,probably the flash?
regards Steve.

Nice finds, I always enjoy seeing Trophy sets. Glossy figures are the best.

Steve,
Those indeed are nice finds. Any toy soldier wearing a DI "Smokey the Bear"
cover is cool to say the least. Love those little jarheads! Keep up the collecting, the Taylors are not making an more of them!

Mike, have you ever bought any of Martin Ritchie's figures? I think he's still alive and still producing, but not as much as he used to. He had in his catalog modern USMC in the green duty uniform, with DI's with the cover, and I think he also had WWI Leathernecks, and I think early doughboys, both with the campaign hats.

I think he also had a set of Marines in fatigues, in boot, with the DI in khaki shirt/green (olive) trousers. I'll have to look in my catalogs.

Prosit!
Brad

Thanks Brad,
I'll have to check into Ritchie and see what's available.
Mike
