I'm coming! The builder has right to it for 2 more years (using it as their model)...though from current sales I would think 6 months to a year and they won't need it anymore!Neat pics. Hey Markey, it sure is taking you a long time to get to Maui.
Our house is just above Wailuku Elementry next to the proposed 5 acre park...without being too specific^&grinI recall your house is in Wailuku (I could be wrong). but I don't know of any model homes there. Anyway, I live in Wailuku.
I wasn't thinking about the general population as being customers but rather the visitors. Maui has an average of 2.2 million visitors annually. With 180,000 vistors monthly I'm thinking there is a market...when I go to the malls I'm looking to buy something to take back home. With that said we can't possibly be the only ones who like these things^&grin Not to mention there is always people who have not yet seen TS at all and will find interest if if they didn't before:wink2:Okay, my guess is its a condo. Without an online business, a TS shop would be really difficult. We just don't have the population here. We have more millionaires than most places, but how many collect TS? Long ago I asked Mich Toy Soldier & Treefrog if there was anyone in Hawaii State who orders from them and I believe there were only two (things could have changed since then). There are no TS shops in Honolulu.
