Hi,
During my recent trip to Paris and after visiting the Musée de l'Armée (see my post here) I also gave a visit to the Musée de la Légion d'Honneur across the Musée d'Orsay on the bank of the Seine. This museum is basically a collection of military awards (medals, weapons, etc.) with of course the highest one which is the Legion of Honor created by Napoléon in 1802. It's a small but very nice museum that will take 1 hour at most of your time to visit and it's free but opens only in the afternoon. I have posted a few pics below but more on the following TS album: http://www.treefrogtreasures.com/forum/album.php?albumid=1758 Enjoy!
