NA098 with 5 figures or 4 ???? (1 Viewer)

Just was checking my NA098 box and compare with the photo on Bill's Sager site ,

mine came with 5 figurines and on Bill's Site only 4 , How come....? {eek3}

There is only 4 figures with that set. Someone stuck NA099 in the box which is corporal with sword
