First Legion is proud to present the latest release for our flagship figure range, Napoleon's Europe. This time we had back to Borodino with another stalwart ally of the French Grande Armee, the Grand Duchy of Warsaw, specically the 1st Polish Line Infantry Regiment. As part of Poniatowski’s Corps at Borodino, the Poles were heavily engaged on the far right flank in and around the Utista Mound and the village of Utista itself. In addition to their participation at Borodino and the 1812 campaign in Russia, the Poles played a major role in the 1813 Saxony Campaign and were some of the most competent and loyal troops of all of the allied nations fighting on the side of the French. Presented here in a firing line with center and elite companies, these beautifully sculpted and painted figures will make a wonderful addition to any serious Napoleonic toy soldier collection! These figures will be shipping right around May 21st.

So the year of the French and French allies continues! After spending quie a bit of time on Great Britain and her allies, it's nice to get back to the French allies/minor states, so we certainly hope you enjoy our rendtion of the 1st Polish Line Infantry.

Best,

Matt

WOW {sm5}{sm5}{sm5}{sm5}{sm5}{sm5}{sm5}{sm5}{sm5}{bravo}}

Geb - Wouldn't you rather say "WOW" to a WWII Line?
I wanted to ask, I think you mentioned that you have a Bavarian Standard bearer. Was that in the Napolean Line. Think i missed out on that item

Matt, this release is a great addition to your already extensive Napoleonic range. These figures really demonstrate First Legion's outstanding paintwork! The detail on the shako cords and sword knots caught my eye right away. There should be some happy Nap fans today!
