I have just received NAP045 and I hope someone from TG is reading forum. The figure is as good as it gets in this hobby at least in this price range. Fantastic sculpting, painting, proportions and facial detail(without oversized head). I urge TG to continue making Naps like this. Whatever sculptor, painter and factory they used for this guy is a winning formula. I know you plan to make more of these Russians but I for one would love to collect French and British made to this quality standard. Can anyone advise if the TG Kings German Legion are this quality and compatible with the new Russians. TG, please gave any clues you can as to future of this range.

Like you and others, I am also most impressed with the new Russian Grenadiers that TGM is producing, I have both figures, and Tom has told us recently to expect some more ..... but no time frame was indicated.

He did say that they would be in 'fighting pose' so I'd assume that will be firing, so can't wait to see them too

Maybe they will be released in time for a Christmas present ????? ^&confuse

Glad to hear the Russians are being well received, most of the first batch have now sold out with delivery of NAP046/24 four man Grenadier set due here soon, most of these also sold on delivery please note with just a few sets left.

In the pipeline are 2 flag bearers, 2 drummers, an Officer and 2 firing Grenadiers with more action poses to follow later next year.

I am hoping these will be for sale soon, maybe an early Christmas present for yourself John?

I couldn't agree more. These Russian soldiers are fantastic. Unfortunately I do not collect the Russian conflict.
I have asked TG for more Prussians and more KGL to add to the superb previous releases.
They say they are coming and I feel a bit like Wellington waiting for Blucher and the Prussians at Waterloo.
I know they are on their way but...……..there is always a bit of doubt.
To answer your question about the quality of the Prussians and KGL. These are some of my favourite Naps I own and I recommend them.
I also agree there is also room for TG British soldiers.
