I have a couple of questions regarding the picture used on page 6 of the 'Life of Jesus' brochure showing a diorama of the Foot Dragoons.

1. What is that 2nd mounted figure on the left?

2. The cannon does not look like a K&C product. Any ideas who makes it?

Hi Guys,

In answer to Kurt’s questions…
1. The 2nd mounted figure is a another mounted Dragoon K&C designed for Del Prado a few years ago.
2. The Cannon in the same picture is from Aero Art of St. Petersburg.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes and happy collecting!

Andy,

you beat me to the ID of the Dragoon, but I couldn't guess the gun. hey they do look great all set out like that!

I sure hope that the Egyptian campaign isn't on your list of Napoleonic Camapigns to do..... OK its nice to see camels, but the uniforms were different than the period after 1804 when Bonaparte became Emperor, and would have a limited use for the whole of the Napoleonic Wars. I think sticking to the Penninsular War and the Battle of Waterloo is enough for the collectors... but you can't please all of the collectors all of the time...can you?

regards,
John

the scale of the Del Prado Dragoon is a bit smaller than the K&C newly produced Dragoon officer. I got the Del Prado Dragoon on ebay after seeing Andy's display.

I thought the cannon was First Legion but Andy has given us the answer.;)

I agree with obee.

The battle of Waterloo has enough different Nations to last king and country for decades alone.
