Years ago I spent a lot of time making and reworking Historex figures. They are now long gone (1970s to 1980s) and now reside in collections in Christchurch and Dunedin NZ.

Historex figure conversions form a large part of my collection. I started off with airfix conversions as I could never finish a figure according to the kit instructions. Many earlier figures of mine were either sold off or recycled. I get a great kick out of recycling older figures. I do have a huge grey army collection still and am ploughing my way thru the heap as fast as I can. Hence my later projects tend to feature more ambitious displays of numerous figures. I’m probably what you would call a voracious figure maker….. hahahah Rgds Victof
