Speaking of 'the good doctor', does anyone know of any makes who depict this famous medico from the Napoleonic era?

I recently painted one set made by Miniatures Historiques de Soldats de Plomb - MSHP for a collector here in Australia.

Alexanders Toy Soldiers do make the Larrey Flying Ambulance and some surgeons with wounded in castings or gloss figures and I do know that HISTOREX did make a plastic kit, but a new matte detailed figure with a casualty or 2 and possibly an Ambulace would be wonderful
