What was the initial location in Paris thought by Napoléon for the "Arc de Triomphe" before the choice of the top of the "Champs-Elysées" avenue?

On the 18th of February 1806, an Imperial decree authorized the “erection of a triumphal arch at the entry to the boulevard by the site of the former Bastille prison that upon entering the Saint-Antoine district, one would pass through this triumphal arch”.

Will that suffice, or do we need the co-ords too?

This is the correct answer John! Yes, the initial location was supposed to be the site of "La Bastille" which was taken by the unsurgents on the 14th of July 1789 and destroyed afterwards as a symbol of the monarchy (this is where the French revolution started btw).
