What is the name of the Polish style fatigue cap that came to replace the standard one among Napoléon's officers?
I'd say it was a Pokalem but not sure as it wasn't only worn by Officers.
John
The Musee d'Emperi says it is pokalem^&confuse.

Konfederatka. Trooper
Yes, it's Confederatka or Konfederatka. Bravo Trooper!
Sandor, I have the book "Les Trésors de L'Empéri "and they do refer to this cap as Confederatka. A Pokalem has a different shape.
Page 69...Ah, can you tell me the page number of the one you are referring to? I think there are two caps that come close to the description you gave, thus the confusion.
Thanks,
Sandor
