Outstanding Andy ! :D

Finally some French Line Artillery - what great figures too.

And of course we have a new Napoleon figure - I do wish K&C would make a Napoleon figure in an "action" mode - giving commands or something like that. I am glad to get what we have - but, remember - YOU CAN NEVER HAVE ENOUGH NAPOLEONICS !!

Ron,

I believe that's a mistake as this line (which nobody really cares about anyway) has been retired in favor of making more Arnhem sets.

I wonder if these newest figures being in 1815 uniforms is Andy's way of saying goodbye to the Napoleonic range :D

Brad

You read the dispatches - WWII stuff just doesn't sell - sorry. :D

Thank You K&C

Thank you too .. for releasing additional set of gun crews & individual guns.

Now I have until JAN ... to figure out how many multiples to get, all in one go or to have to spread them out

Ron

Those are all terrific releases and I immediately thought of you as soon as I saw the pix on the K&C site.

I have only a small number of Napleonics, but I will definitely get the Napoleon. Ron, I actually have a Napoleon print on the most prominent wall of my man-cave, toy-soldier-laden, office. I bought it many years ago at the site of Napoleon's tomb.

Very nice i realy like the Gun & Crew..Napoleon looks good but he would have to be under 60mm in hight to look right.
Nice to se K&C adding to there premier line :p:)

The Line artillary crews look super, together with the mounted officer and saluting officer, there is the making of some dramatic dios. Good effort K&C. Next stop RFA?

I do think competition is good

First Legion has forced K&C to make more lively and variable poses to their figures!

Just compare these French ones to the previously released Brit Horse Guards Artillery! These new Frenchies are much better!

Just today i received the new Camp Follower (NA192) and i think is beautiful!!!Now i hope Andy will follow with more Camp scenes..:)she is a bit lonely and out of place between fighting men , maybe we'll have a few of Riflemen or soldiers around a campfire or gambling (a great reference plate is available in the beautiful volume by Mike Chappell Wellington's Peninsula Regiments 1- The Irish).

I'm planning on getting this lass (NA192) too, but I'm planning on using her to join the French Cavalrymen (NA82) around the table, with the 2 Cuirassiers (NA 122 & 123) and the Cantiniere (NA124) who is talking with the Dragoon Officer (NA183).

If we get a Britsih camp scene, then we will need even more 'at ease' troops, and seeing John Jenkins has done some wonderful figures recently with his French indain Wars having the drummer using the drum as the card table, its popular.

I'd love this sort of vignette to come from K&C, especailly from the Penninsualr War.

This is what I have in mind too ;). As you can see they are all waiting for her:

Hi Guys,

While I’ve always agreed that competition is both healthy and necessary in any business I have to disagree with Oberstoskar on one small detail…

“First Legion has forced K&C to make more lively and variable poses to their figures!”

First Legion has forced us to do absolutely nothing… We ourselves wanted to do more “action-poses” for our Foot Artillery—pure and simple.

Our first Napoleonic Artillery (Horse Artillery of the Guard) was in action… Our second, (the British Royal Horse Artillery) were in more static uniform pose and this third set is a chance to do something different again.

And that boys and girls is all part of the fun… we can and do “ring the changes” if and when the market and ourselves agree.

Anyway Oskar, happy to hear you like our Frenchies!

Best personal wishes and… happy collecting!
Andy

Well - I believe that all K&C Artillery Sets have been with action and look great. My Napoleonic Collection just keeps getting better and better with these new releases and I look forward to more fun and interesting releases to come.

So - THANK YOU - Andy and King & Country for a job well done. :D

The wait is over :) ! I just got the Camp Follower lady (NA192) as well as the Saving the Boy one (NA191). The former complements very nicely the Drinking party vignette and the latter the Prisonner vignette. Please see pics below:
