Recently I obtained a Napoleonic vehicle for my collection, and this is Napoleon's Field Kitchen, which was made by French maker MHSP and part of a bigger set described as "La cuisine roulante"

I comes ready madewith two separate horses, a driver, a limber and a seated valet. IN addition I also bought Napoleon's most trusted valet, Constant Wairy, who served the Emperor from 1805 to 1813 on all his campaigns. He's mounted on his own horse.

From the catalogue you can see the full set of figures and equipment:

This is the finish on the castings:

This is my painted set:

I now have most of the MHSP vehicles including a Field Forge, Covered Wagon, Wurst (Ambulance), Gribeauval Cannon Set with 4 horse and Vivandière Wagon.

Hope you like this latest addition,

John

Hi John,

Absolutely gorgeous! I have several unmade Historex carriages including the Field Kitchen and two Berlines still in their boxes, awaiting their marching orders.
