It's a little too early to post on the old NBA Playoff thread...

but not too early to see some good action...

anybody catch the Lakers in Boston today...

that was a close on...the Lakers snuck one out by a point...

the "Classic of NBA rivalry games"...

I'm a big Lakers fan - so always glad to see them win in Boston. Some of the same old Laker traits from a couple years ago, though, raised their head: Kobe taking jump shots instead of driving to the hoop, Gasol playing soft, getting outrebounded and hustled. Adding Artest and a healthy Bynum make them a tougher team than the one Boston stomped a couple years ago. That may be the difference if they get Boston or Cleveland in the finals. I also think Kobe is having one of the all-time great seasons. In crunch time, he has been money more times than I can count this season. The number of game winning shots must be some kind of record.

The Celtics are going nowhere without a healthy Garnett, end of story.

The Eastern Conference is stacked, four very good teams in Orlando, Cleveland, Atlanta and Boston, while the west is the Lakers and...............................the Lakers.

They should waltz into the finals and beat whomever they play.

The Lakers and Yankees are back on top again in their respective sports.

I'm just thrilled......
