Need help with a Software Program (1 Viewer)

HELP O PLEASE HELP

I’ve been using an old inventory program called 321 Collect with Microsoft
Access as it’s core . I think it’s from MS Office 2000.
Here my problem. When I try to open 321 Collect I get this message.

“The Microsoft Jet database engine stopped the possess because you and
another are attempting to change the same data at the same time.”

My backup give me the same message. I backed up my file not knowing I had a problem.
Any help you can give me will be appreciated.

Make sure you don't have it opened twice and if not then delete the same database name but with the extension .ldb instead of .mdb.
