Need Help With Info On Britains Bands. (1 Viewer)

Yo Troopers, anyone know how many 7th Hussars Bands sets were issued. I know of 3 Sets #40264 which is No1, set #40265 which is No2, set #40294 which is No3. I have a feeling there was another set, but not sure how many to make a complete band up. Any info would would be helpful Troopers.

Hi Bernard,

You have the complete list of sets there were only three issued for the complete 12 piece set. The set up was as follows:

Bandmaster followed by from left to right:

Cornet, French Horn, Euphonium, Trombone

Then came:

Side Drummer, Base Drummer, Cymbals

Then came:

Clarinet, Piccolo, Bassoon, Clarinet

This was the basic 12 piece set up and it was designed so you could purchase more sets of the Brass and Woodwinds if you wanted to make a larger formation.

These guys were issued in Nov 2002.

Hi Guys,

Yes they are from the Jubilee series and nope I dont have a set. I have the Gurkha Band which is great and a few other pieces from the Jubilee run that I found interesting. Would love to see the whole series set up I am sure it would be over the top.

Yo Trooper Dave, lol you trying to get me hung by the Mrs, gone over budget this week, and I am converting an antique hall wardrobe into a display cabinet, so thats extra dollars, but its going to look real cool. This is how ruthless woman are.

A guy in the States is going to inherit a fortune when his old dad dies, he thinks I need a woman to share it with me. So he goes to a club that night and sees the most gorgeous woman he has ever seen. He goes over and chats her up, and mentions, in a couple of years when my dad passes on I will get 20 million dollars, she was really interested then and went home with him. 3 days later she was his stepmother lol.
