wow received my new figures today . just loving the detail and colours .

wondering now that a lot of the defenders are getting retired are they going to spoil us and give us more ???

knows how ukreb is feeling right now:)
 
I collect the Alamo range now. I would hope they give us more defenders, more is needed.
 
I do not collect the KC Alamo range, only becuase I am limited by funds. I think it is an excellent range. But for those of you that do collect, could you simply buy mulitples of the existing defenders? Or do you already have more than one of each, so you are looking for just more variety? If I was collecting it I was wondering which way I would want to go.

I have full grown Mexicans ( I call them my outlaws errrr inlaws ) that frequently invade my home. Therefore my home feels like the Alamo sometimes so I don't feel the need to collect miniature Mexicans although admitedly they look colourful and awesome. O.K. I admit it, I do have the Mexican flag bearer as my token representation, there are lots more that would be nice but I've avoided the temptation so far and have turned to Napoleonics to get my fix from this era. :cool:

I dont have multiples of the defenders, just one of each. You really cant do multiples with them. They are all kinda personality based figures. Now the Mexicans you can do multiples on.
 
No need to worry guys! more Texian defenders and Mexicans are in the works! King & Country releases new reinforcements for the Alamo every March or early April. Stay tuned!

New defenders is good news. I realize the ones already released were meant as indiviudal personalities. I think it is a very big endeavor to come up with an indivudual figure for every defender, that is to be commended.
 
Hi all!
I just started collecting The Alamo range and I have to say it's fantastic! Right now I'm trying to get my hands on on the retired figures! Then build up my Mexican army! Does anyone know if K&C plan to do any buildings for this range.
