Hi Again folks!

Here we have the first of the latest two reinforcements for the BEF firing line. W1 - 1416.

You will see that his hat is at a slightly jaunty angle, something many a "fashion" conscious lad would have done in 1914.
We have tried to make his face somewhat younger in appearance (how you achieve this in 1/32 scale still amazes me).
You can also see, if you look closely, that single round he is placing into the chamber, the one he is about to load into his trusty SMLE that is using the magazine cut off. This makes him the perfect marksman and sniper. A nice addition to any collection, I am sure you will agree.

The thing I love about this, and all our figures if I am honest, is just how anatomically correct the proportions of his hands, fingers etc are. There are a few manufacturers who find this important aspect eludes them and it kills me, it really does. Hands the size of giants on weapons just look wrong to my eye. Never mind, maybe that is down to my own little OCD's about things being just so, who knows. I do know I am personally very proud of our figures and the abilities of our master sculptor and painters.

This latest figure will be available from late Sept and will be priced at £37.50 and, as always, restricted to just 100, certificated pieces.

Hope you approve :salute::
