Matt-
I just saw the new picture on the workbench of a couple more British Guards. They look great, and I really like the fact that these new poses will be availible this year.

This is good news, because it says to me that you do listen to your customers. I appreciate the fact that you are not leaving certain lines, but are adding to them even after the initial releases are out. Now, for just a couple of casualties.....

Keep up the good work First Legion!

I agree Noah. Aren't those sweet and much needed as well. They will really round out the line for skirmishing as well as being very useful in line or square. Thanks for listening Matt.

You're both very welcome. Let's face it, a good suggestion is a good suggestion regardless of where it comes from. Several of you pointed out that these poses were missing and I thought about it, looked at my own figures in their formations, and agreed. So we did them. These two new figures should actually be released within a few months I think. As for the casualties, maybe/maybe not for the British Guards release. The sculptor who did the release is knee deep into another big release. However, we have heard the request for casualties loud and clear, so the majority of our releases will contain casualties where appropriate from now on. As you'll note, the French Guard Chasseurs contain 3 codes (4 figures) as casualty pieces.

Matt-
If you don't get to any casualty figures for this set, that is understandable. You guys have so many new things coming out to focus on. The more new items you preview, the more we can appreciate the hard work that goes into these figures.

I agree the French Chasseurs have an excellent range of poses, including the casualties. They will look great facing off with the British Guards, once I get them all.....

Great news on the timing, the sooner the better I always say.;):D Yes I certainly noticed and added some of those to my Guard Chasseur order.

What a lovely couple of extras Matt, will add that bit extra to the front of a square or line. Dont think i can hold out much longer for the next order.Best British figures ive seen and all the others of course. The casualties will top it off nicely

Great new additions for the Guards! I only have 2 Guards right now and the British artillery set... getting these slowly. Any chance of a Wellington mounted command set in the near future, Matt???

"Wellington...Why is it ALWAYS Wellington..." - Rod Steiger

I'm quite sure that we'll do a Wellington figure at some point, though I can't say for sure how near it will be. As you may have noticed, we are doing mounted personalities with four already done and more planned. Wellington and all of the British High Command at Waterloo wil eventually find their way into this mix, the problem being that Wellington isn't very colorful. He's more a check list item of one of the figures that has to be done, but that isn't very exciting to do. We have currently shown 3 of the 4 personalities on our website and the fourth one is something that I'm quite certain will please you if you want Wellington. It's not Wellington, but pleasing nonetheless. Images soon...

Actually, I think he would be a nice contrast to the Guards square with his signature dark blue cape. Very recognizable... Now you have me curious about the next personality...

Yes think Wellie has to be done Matt but no rush, i'm sure you have plenty of other more exiting peices up your sleeve:)
