I'd always admired this release and kept wondering if Matt was going to discount it after I bought it (Like the PanzerIV-lol)...but went ahead and jumped in. Typical great model we've come to expect from FL. While the tank riders are a bit 'overdressed' for June in Normandy, they're all I've got for now.

The FL Panther is definitely one of my favorite tanks in 1/30 scale... First Legion did a fantastic job making a unique, but representative, model of the Panther tank. I originally displayed my FL Panther with some of the Thomas Gunn Normandy SS tank riders and War Park crew figures (I’ve since purchased the FL German Summer Tank crew figures). It would be great if First Legion made some Normandy tank riders similar to what they did in their Late War Germans/Battle of the Bulge lines.
