There are 2 new dioramas on display in the Kings X store in downtown San Antonio. They were produced in-house, and we are very proud of them!

The first is a Diorama for our Greek Hoplites, (looking at that first picture, it is easy to see why most Persians remembered they had somewhere important to be rather than face these armored killing machines on the battlefield!):

Great job on both of these...very nice work...I collect both Life of Jesus and the Ancient Greeks...so I really enjoy seeing how people display these...

the Hoplites look spectacular in 3 rows ready for battle ...those long spears look fantastic...is the Greek Entrance set in place or is it removeable...

I also love the way you displayed the LOJ figures...

is there a third new diorama...I'm catching a glimpse of one with some of the LOJ009 goats and a corner of SP032...if so can we get a picture of it too...

now...I have been in your shop many time...where did you find room to display this...what was removed...not the Alamo I hope...

The AG008 Greek Entryway is fixed in place. We decided to save ourselves the potential headaches of trying to fix it every time the table got bumped.

The diorama in the middle was built by the King & Country Workshop, we have had it since the inception of the LoJ series.

Over the last few years, we have dramatically changed the layout of the store, which allowed us to purchase 3 good sized tables to put displays on. The dioramas are on one of these tables. In addition to these tables, we also have 3 beautiful new wooden cabinets.

The Alamo, however, is still in its honored place (you can actually see glimpses of it in the corners of some of the pictures below). We love our Alamo too much to get rid of it.

You're very welcome.

This is my personal forum account (as opposed to the store's)

Very keen on the LOJ series, you have presented them well. Hopefully customers seeing this excellent diorama first hand, will be inspired to dive into the series, which benefits you and all collectors. Great if you could post another photo with the upcoming mounted Romans included. This series is panning out really nicely. Cheers, Robin.

We won't get the Roman cavalry for another couple of weeks, and we are also discussing putting an SP032 Shop House on the diorama for the Carpenter's workshop. We will provide updated photos when we can update the display.

Lets hope you never have to explain how Joseph is looking at his own image working at the bench with his son and a younger version of his son sitting on the bench. I will not tell anyone if you don't. Yes the shop house will fit nicely in that corner where the work bench is. This will be a head turner for your customers. Cheers, Robin.

Here are the updated pictures of the Life of Jesus display. We tried to give it a more city-like feel, with the extra buildings. Ideally we would have also added a bunch more civilians, but we didn't have any that were close enough to the period available (other than the Ancient Egypt water bearer).

LOJ very very nice, great set up. For me just to finish it off, I would include a couple of single palm trees from JG or K&C. Than you can sit back and await the new releases to position while hopefully taken orders for sales. Well done, thanks for sharing. Cheers, Robin.

The LOJ and AG series look super on those dioramas. My existing interests and collection have grown well beyond my means to display them and so I've had to postpone expanding into these new series however I'm sorely tempted especially seeing great works like these. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you everyone for all the compliments. Our next goal is to display some St. Petersburg Collection Persians/Greek Mercenaries opposite the K&C Hoplites to simulate the final moments before combat begins... The figures should arrive at the store Thursday so I hope to put some pictures up then.
