I've read on another site that the latest FOV catalogue is out.
apparently in 1/32 they are releasing:

-Sd.Kfz 7 Half-Track -Troop Carrier
-US M3 Lee
-US M5A1 Stuart
-Repaints of of the Tiger, King Tiger, and Stug. Though apparently all have tank riders.

Not very exicting is it :(
21 cenutury already make the M5 & Sd.Kfz 7 Half-Track -Troop Carrier

Since they already have had a chassis for Shermans for several years now, Why not an M10, M36, or Achilles? Firefly? Sherman 76mm? Hello? My American and British armies could use the firepower!

Could not agree more. My US and British vehicles and men are out-numbered at least 10 to 1. And how many more repaints of German amour do we need untill equity is achieved for the Allies   :)

I found some pictures of some of the new models on another forum. These weren't supposed to be announced until after the toy show in Feb but I guess somebody snuck a catalog out the back door. Whenever I get some better pictures I will post them.

First I got real interested in the M5A1, then depression set in when I looked at the photo. They appear to have made the same mistake as 21C - they copied from the HORRIBLE Tamiya M5A1 model kit. My hine - look at the tracks - the end connectors are on the ends of each block - these are the things that hold the track together, they go BETWEEN the blocks! This mistake has carried over from the old Tamiya Stuart kits right through the 21C offering (even the 1/6th version). Why can't these dummies do just a little research? If they didn't understand the tracks, then they didn't understand that all the measurements of the model are wrong. Back in the 70's Tamiya got cheap and made their M5A1 fit too many parts from their M3 Stuart resulting in a truly awful model. Now it looks like FoV has just copied it again like 21C did.

The Lee looks mildly promising as a parts donor for some conversions.

While in Target the other day I saw a FOV Lee Tank on the store self. Looks alot like the above pictured Lee. Is this a future release or already released?

Also the rear of the box shows the Stuart as pictured above. I thought this might be the special issues which are done for Target which differ from what the dealers sell. Now confused!!!!

I don't have any official information from FOV. This was something that someone else posted. They claim to have gotten hold of the 2007 catalog somehow. Corporate spy perhaps? Anyway the official Forces of Valor announcement will come out after the New York Toy show. Shouldn't be to much longer.

Here is a link to the flyer that they released last fall. This has all of the current models plus a few of the repaints that have not yet been released. This is an adobe pdf. I think it requires a fairly recent version to open the file. If you experience trouble you may need to upgrade your adobe.

Carlos: Thanks for posting pics. I already see some that I want. Might be getting more this year with the price increase by Honor Bound. Being retired restricts $300.00 tanks. Leadmen

My 2007 FOV catalog arrived in the mail a couple of days ago. I am less than thrilled with the new releases, the endless repaints and most importantly, the large price bump, with most tanks now at a suggested retail at close to or slightly over 50.00. Not to worry, there will be ham and egger "dealers" out there selling them for 5.00 over cost both at the shows and on the internet, so the prices are not etched in stone.

As a dealer, I am much more impressed with both the new releases and the pricing on the 21st Century 2007 releases. Japanese armor; FINALLY................................

George, I agree, disappointed with FOV, but excited about 21st.

Show me a guy at a toy soldier show and on the internet dumping diecast vehicles and metal figure sets at 5.00 over what he paid for them and I'll show you a ham and egger, got it now?...............

I am kind of dense. Is it the profit margin is so small that you could only buy a ham and egg sandwich? Sorry
