Hello fellow Figarti fans. Nick here from Battle Scene Productions. I took several photos of some of Figarti's awesome looking German soldiers and made a shelf display. I used one of my NEW "Next Generation" buildings with the soldiers. I hope you like what you see. Maybe Rick W. will pickup this building to add to his line. LOL. Take care and enjoy the photos..Nick

Morbshock,

This thread has been out for a couple of days without any response and I can’t figure out why. Love the buildings and detailing behind the walls. That’s class; especially since most destroyed buildings I’ve seen put most of the effort in the building exterior.

Okay, the DAK figures in a European setting with FOV armor. KC guys probably aren’t attracted to this much however, this is all 1/32 scale. We still have some 1/32 WWII guys around still right?

Great diorama for my taste; I love the realism that your dioramas and the use of the Figarti figures convey. I understand the strong attraction of KC figures. I have a huge collection of them and will continue to collect them. They are beautiful and demand good resale value.

However, I love the heavily weathered figures and armor in a diorama to depict a storyline. IMO, slowly the influence of the 1/35 modeler’s world of weathered realism is creeping into the tradition toy soldiers collectors industry. Time will tell if this is a trend or simply a passing phase. I hope it’s a trend.

Keep up the good work,

Carlos

Thanks pal! I wanted to show what a collector can do with his or her figures while displayed on a shelf using a realistic looking bombed out building. Who knows why there are no responses but there are a lot of views.....

I'm pushing for the 1:35 scale look in the 1:32 and 1:30 figures and vehicles. Why not? They look great! Like I said once before. I go for the realistic look in figures, vehicles and buildings....I made a shelf display with K&C UD Marines also. Check it out.......Thanks again Carlos...Nick

Nice job Nick, I love your work. I did not even know there was a building here. It is obvious you put a lot of time and effort into your work. I don't collect Figarti, but I think there soldiers are great. I'm a strictly plastic guy, I do enjoy looking at the metal figures though. Keep up the great work, Mike:)

Oops

That's a Figarti Tiger and NOT FOV. Gees, you'd think I knew the difference since I own two of them.

Carlos

I see someone's been playing again and as always very nicely done Nick and isn't fun creating and setting up mini dio's to photograph and share. Hoe all's been well at your end......The Lt.

Carlos, I was wondering what you meant by FOV....LOL

Nice work Nick!!! What else have you been up to? are you guys still working on non WWII stuff and if so what can we look forward to?

Thanks Fishstick. LOL. We will be working on 2 ACW dioramas which will lead up to a massive 3rd ACW diorama. Zulus, WWI and American Revolution will be on our work bench real soon. The Greek and Persian dioramas came out very well for us and the Manufacturer was satisfied.
We are not sure what Figarti has planned for us. They have been very busy. Any Era is possible for BSP so stay tuned and get ready for an adventure through time!
Nick;)

rafters on the inside and window frames with shattered glass are cool, can smell the smoke:D

Thanks Rick and Redhugh and everyone else. I'm thrilled that you all appreciate the realism and uniqueness which I am striving for. As soon as I recooperate from my (cancer) and reconstructive surgery, I will start creating again.....Thanks to all of my "Fans"..Nick:):)
