Has anyone else purchased the New Glengarry Light Infantry figures from Patroit and what do you think of them ???

The poses of the three none firing figures are a litte different. The loading guy and second figure from the left are all right, but the far right figure is a bit strange.

There size is a bit smaller than the NAP Patriot sets, but next to a JJD or K&C figure still a bit larger.

Anyone else got any comments ???

Hi Monty
thks for showing Glegarry infantry - I like the look of them so I will take a chance and order some. :)

Hi Monty

Just recived a set of British 52 nd light infantry ( Oxfordshire ) only a couple of day ago, and i`m well pleased with them. I love the soldier kneeling aiming high NA045 he`s just great.

The Glengarry Light infantry is the next set on my hit list, can`t wait. I have my Patroits on display with my King and country Naps. They are a bit too big , but when i saw the French Imperial guard set good comrade NASET 1 it got me hooked and i had to have them all.

The best figures i think have come out so far are, or my top 5 is.

GOOD COMRADE IMPERIAL GUARD
52 ND AIMING HIGH
BRUNSWICKER ADVANCING
TIRAILLEUR KNEELING BITING CARTRIDGE YOUNG GUARD
TRIAILLEUR KNEELING LOADING YOUNG GUARD

Has anyone else have a top 5 ?

cheers Bellerpohon

Bellerpohon,

Yes the British figures are very nice also.

The Triailleur Young Guard figures are my favourate.

My Top 5 would be:

GOOD COMRADE IMPERIAL GUARD (AGREE WITH YOU VERY NICE SET)
TIRAILLEUR WOUNDED YOUNG GUARD
TIRAILLEUR KNEELING BITING CARTRIDGE YOUNG GUARD
BRUNSWICKER REACHING FOR AMMO
BRUNSWICKER ADVANCING

I very much like the different poses put out by Patriot.

Hi Monty

Your top 5 are fantastic ,

The Tirailleur young guard wounded is a great looking figure and a favourate of mine too, i have him displayed together with the good comrade set in my display cabinet .

I have a pic of them and some of my other King and country collection in my album, if you would like to take a look.

Cheers Bellerphon

I love the Old Guard Grenadiers. They fit very well in my Napoleon K&C diorama. There are a little bit taller than K&C's soldiers but it's not a problem to me since in real they were chosen by Napoleon among the tallest and bravest of his veteran soldiers.

Hi Gronard.

My feelings completely. The French Patriots are truly amazing figures.

cheers
Bellerophon.
