Both of them could be used for a WWII display, actually, or for the years from the Forties to today. The Bedienung or wait-staff tend to wear outfits with a strong traditional look to them. Even at Oktoberfest today, you'll see long skirts on the waitresses at many of the tents.
I like that they changed the color of the mugs, though. It's a minor detail, but it always bothers me when they're painted silver, because they should be grey, for stoneware, or multicolored, like decorated stoneware. Stoneware and pottery were far more common in the German lands than pewter, even in the 18th century. And the yellow ones at least look like glass mugs.
Prost!
