Anyone know if the new Light Horse figures have been released yet here in the States? If not, any idea when they will be?

Treefrog has the listed under pre-order...thought they'd be out by now.

Yes, it is released in Hong Kong

The poses are by no means original (I swear I have seen them in pictures and reference books before) but deviates a lot from the usual K&C 's generic toy soldiers.

If you're talking about the latest additions to the Turkish ranks; YES, they are out. I pre-ordered some, and was e-mailed yesterday that the shipment was sent. I'm really excited!

They are by John Jenkins Designs. Treefrog sells them and have closeups of each figure in their shop section.

My Turks came today! Waaaahoooo! (already have the new ALH) Great stuff. I think this is a great series - some very imaginative figures - esp the rearing horse! - and an exciting subject - a bit different from the usual Western Front sets. Well done K&C!!

It's part 19th cen.warfare and also the beginning of modern warfare.That's what makes it interesting.Also the Turks and Australians are rarely done.
