Gentlemen,
I thought I would take this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Nathan and currently, I collect K&C WWII. As you know, when your collection grows, so do your tastes. I have admired many of the Napoloeonic sets that are available. I recently finished my first diorama, pictures included.

Hi Nathan

Welcome to the forum, you will love it on here, there is a really great bunch of knowlegeable top blokes (and the odd gal) who know everything there is to know about toy soldier collecting and there is an expert(s) for every period of military history. ;)

I am a collector of K&C American Revolution figures myself, however I always appreciate a good diorama from any period! :)

Best wishes
Tom 'Corny' Cornwallis

Thank you for your kind replies and encouragement!

JPB,
The long grass is Build-a-rama "High grass" it comes in a sheet, you can cut it to fit.

Thank you Tom,
I used a Hudson and Allen product called "ground work", it was rather simple to use and it allowed plenty of time to use my Panther to place tracks in it before it dried. It is a great product.
