New Mobile Version of the Forum (1 Viewer)

There were some significant issues with the last mobile version we created, so we revamped things to make it much better.

In the bottom left of the main forum page (on the default site) there is a drop down menu where you can choose 'default mobile style.' If you're on a tablet, iPad, or phone this may be a big improvement for you.

A couple things to know about the mobile site (since there is not much room for explanation). If you go to the 'Control panel' link at the top it will bring you to a page that has links to thinks like "messages" and "What's new (for the latest posts".

When you are about to click on a thread, if you click on the thread name it will bring you to the first post. If you click on the arrow on the right it will take you to the first unread post in the thread.

I'd appreciate feedback on how you like it. Let me know if any bugs show up!

Still prefer the full site, which I use on the iPad and iPhone. IP or Invision Software is better for forums than what you use.

I took a look at the new mobile version on the iPhone. It's not bad although for the iPad I still think the full version is better. One negative is that instead of having a button for new posts when you first launch the site, you have to first go through the control panel. On the IP software used by two other forums I frequent, the new content or new posts is immediately available as are other features only accessible through the control panel. I would recommend changing that. For that reason, I will stick with the full site.
