In one of the photo's taken at the show of Naps, there seems to be 2 new figures... kneeling and standing firing with Bayonets. Are these going to be new figures or did I miss them being new to collecting Britains Naps... Thanks

There are some new 95th coming at the end of the year, do you mean those? or do you have a link to the photo you are talking about.

Not the rifles, which I have, but Highlanders. It's under "WB OTSN CHICAGO", posted by Mestell, 3rd posting, 3rd photo down.

I think I know what you mean, in the WB catalogue there are kneeling and standing figures firing without bayonets. I believe it was discussed in another thread that these figures either had the bayonets knocked off in shipping or that as they were preproduction figures they may not have been out on in a rush to get the figures photographed for the catalogue.

I could however be wrong and the could be two new variants of the standing and kneeling figures already available. There really didn't seem to be anything new on display by WB other than the ModelZone figure.

Perhaps Ken or Richard will enlighten us.

Hi Guys:

The Highlanders are indeed ones that had already been released. We did add the bayonets in production (kind of silly to be in square without bayonets fixed!).

As for new releases - we did not show much - given the delays this year thought it would be a bit rich to show more. That said we did have a preview of four new Scots Greys - one for Magpie and three more for the January catalog. A couple with Gordon's hanging on for dear life.

All the best,

Richard

Sounds good Richard and a January catalogue to boot :)

Silly me. The pics in the catalog had no bayonet and on all internet sites, also no bayonet. On the TF site has actual photo with bayonet. Have to get some now. Thanks to all who replied to set me straight.
