Does anyone know if the new Panzer III is larger or the same size as the old Africa Corp Panzer III. See picture of the old Panzer III.

The new AK Panzer III is marginally wider and slightly longer than the older AK version even though the older version is a later Ausf with the longer 50mm KwK 39 L60 gun vs the new model which is an earlier Ausf with the shorter 50mm KwK L42 gun. If the question is can they be displayed beside each other, IMO the answer is yes.

Just received my new Panzer III from Treefrog. Very nice, excellent weathering. One of my favorite German tanks. My only reservation is the commander is too "spiffy" for such a battle worn tank. He looks like he's about to be awarded the Iron Cross! Still a very nice panzer, though.

I have received mine today
Is an excellent tank and the colour scheme are perfect,to confirme that KC are definitely improving theyr vehicles

perhaps a JU52 aerial resupply of uniforms to the weary troops,or ready for a field award of that kruze.

hallo
looking at my panzer 3 it seems of a little colour compared with the other tanks and vehicles of the D.A.K it seems to have a little shade of greenish tint in the overall sand colour
Is this possible? or it is the effect of the weathering?
thanks

Yes - it may have a tinge of green, but my model is pretty much the same colour as the other K&C AK models - just more weathered. Some models like the Tunisian Tiger had more than just a tinge of green.

So i guess that is acceptable in terms of painting accuracy?
