Hey all - just dropping a quick note with our new releases, all shipping later in February right around the end of the month.
KUR020 - German Panther D with Metal Working Tracks and Fully Functional Suspension $485
5 company 3 platoon 53 PzBat 39 PzReg - Attached to Großdeutschland Division
We are pleased to present you our first vehicle for our new Battle of Kursk series, KUR020 German Pz.Kpfw. V Ausf D at the battle of Kursk. At the Battle of Kursk in July 1943, the Panther Ausf. D tanks attached to Panzer-Regiment Großdeutschland were intended to serve as the division’s primary armored spearhead during the southern pincer of Operation Zitadelle, leading the breakthrough of heavily fortified Soviet defenses and engaging T-34 formations at long range using the superior firepower and frontal protection of the 75 mm KwK 42 gun and sloped armor; concentrated in a temporarily attached Panther battalion, they were expected to open the way for following Panzer IVs and infantry as Großdeutschland advanced toward Oboyan, but in practice their role was severely constrained by catastrophic mechanical unreliability, with large numbers breaking down or catching fire before or shortly after entering combat, forcing the surviving Panthers to be used in reduced, piecemeal groups that nonetheless demonstrated strong tactical effectiveness when operational, destroying Soviet tanks at distances beyond effective return fire while contributing less to the overall offensive momentum than German planners had intended.
This model is our first with individually cast and linked fully functional tracks and working suspension. Given the few hundred track links, it was a LOT of work to get this done. Whether or not we continue with this given the complexity and cost will depend on the feedback we get and whether or not people want this functionality or not. Kinda curious myself to see how it is received. Please note that at first, the tracks may be a bit tight. But as you continue to move the tank, they loosen up with use.

And finally, our 3rd model produced under a licensing agreement with Wargames.net, makers of the World of Tanks Wargame. And this one is an absolute beast, but far the largest and most detailed model we've ever produced.
The Woirld of Tanks “Wüstenschiff” (German for “Desert Ship”) variant is a visually striking rendition available exclusively for the Tier‑X German heavy tank Maus. Introduced during Battle Pass Season 10 in 2023, the progressive style features a layered desert camouflage motif, with more elaborate details unlocked as you advance through levels. Unlike historical skins, Wüstenschiff is purely aesthetic—blending sand‑blasted textures, weathering effects, and visual flourishes inspired by desert warfare themes. This style transforms the Maus from its usual industrial grey fortress into a sun‑bleached ironclad reminiscent of a wandering fortress in arid wastelands—a fitting visual companion to its in‑game role as a slow, heavily armored juggernaut.

"Maus Wüstenschiff" - $565
The Panzer VIII Maus was a German World War II super-heavy tank and remains the heaviest fully enclosed armored fighting vehicle ever built. Designed by Ferdinand Porsche and developed by Nazi Germany in the early 1940s, the Maus weighed around 188 metric tons, making it virtually impervious to most conventional anti-tank weapons of the era. It was equipped with a powerful 128 mm main gun, a coaxial 75 mm secondary gun, and extremely thick armor—up to 240 mm at its most protected points. Despite its formidable firepower and protection, the Maus suffered from severe mobility issues due to its massive weight, which limited its speed to about 13 km/h (8 mph) and made it unsuitable for most bridges or terrain. FIRST LEGION LICENSED MODEL
First Legion has faithfully recreated this model making it appear as close as we could to the in game version. It is made from mixed media, primarily resin, with aluminum, photo etched steel, copper, and additional materials. It is fully hand painted and painstakcingly detailed by hand to a stunning finish. This is a HUGE tank, but far the largest we have ever made.Features:
