John has emailed me pictures of the next three sets due out in about a week and they are as follows;

Virginia Provincial Regiment of Foot sets-
VM 01 Officer and Drummer 48.00
VM 02 Three figures loading and firing 72.00
VM 03 Three figures marching 72.00

I hope to have pictures up on my site soon.

All sets will be run in a quantity of 500 per code number.

Ron, why don't you start another "Where should I spend my next 100.00" and I'll point you in the right direction, ok?

Regards,
George

That's funny-

Hey George- you are right- those are really nice looking figs but I am not sure I see how they work with a AWI dio? I do recall seeing this figures posted on some websites- I really like the canoe sets. I am planning on starting their F&I collection but that is probably still a little down the road till I gather up more funding.

I guess the redcoats could work for AWI??

Thanks George. That's exciting news. I can't wait to see them.

Chris,
to be honest, guys like Combat and Pujio who I consider much more in tune with the uniforms of the F & I War than I am could answer that question for you.

It looks to me like these new figures could be used for AWI, perhaps the French as well. Not sure on the British, but I've always been of mind to say I collect what I like and will shoehorn stuff into a display that I like, not what has to be 1000% correct. For example, I use my Normandy British figures in my Far East displays, it may not be correct 1000%, but who cares, it looks good to me and that is all that matters...........

a good, fast, concise overall view of many F&I war battles can be found at BRITISHBATTLES.com

Very cool. I was expecting something more drab like the rangers for some reason, but these look great. That officer looks a lot like... nah.

Oh boy, oh joy, what happiness, what joy, what wonderful toys. I can bearly stand the excitement of waiting for the promissed artillery sets. Man I really love this stuff.

Looking forward to these latest figures. I just got in the mail this week the Officer and Drummer set no. QB-05, British Officer, Drummer, 47th Regit. of Foot set and I truly think the Drummer is one of the finest painted figures I have seen by John. The detailing is superb! Bravo.
Bring'em on...Greg

Sure George - you think you might be able to save me a set of these? this time?

Sure Ron, it's a simple process really.

Tell me what you want, when it comes in, I contact you and you provide your shipping info and your preferred payment method, I process the order and off it goes.

If any of this is unclear, let me know and I'll be glad to walk you through it again.

I thought we did that with the JJ BM-01's :)

Sorry Ron, I never had those as stock since they were retired before I became a dealer. The only one I came across was promised to another collector before you had asked for one (the boys from TM Terrain came through for me bigtime on that one).

There is a dealer very few of you know about who carries Jenkins and I will be seeing him at a show in July; if any of you are after retired sets, please let me know which ones and I will see if he has them. I'll flip them to you for whatever price I pay, it's strait retail for me, Ebay is not my bag..........................
