New V-2 (1 Viewer)

Guys,
I should share with you that I brought a V-2 model back from Germany in my hand luggage!!
It just shows how tired I was, I never considered the X-Ray machines.
The armed German security guard showed me the outline and asked if it was a real rocket!!
He then called his friend over and had me open up all my bags to check the contents.His mate explained it could be a nasty projectile if thrown at a passenger and crew.
I was sorely tempted to explain that the real thing was pretty nasty too but managed to refrain.
The upshot was even funnier, the guard was a model builder himself and thought this was a great model and wanted to know where he could buy one.
What a relief.

Guys,
Received my V-2 in the post today. The actual V-2 is lighter than I thought it would be, but sitting on its stand it is still very sturdy.

Thanks to Clive i just got my V2.Absolutely superb model.Love the three colour camo and the size and weight of it show a class piece of work.The figures (as i have said before)are in my opinion the best Figarti have done so far.Very realistic indeed,and am now looking forward to the V2 add on sets that are forthcoming.All in all a happy collector
