New Web Site Error Messages? (1 Viewer)

As you've been using our new web site, have you found that you're getting error messages when you try to search for items? Some have reported it (and we've experienced it). Our people are working on it - but want to know how widespread the issue is.

Right now the K&C Waffen SS pages are not working.

Sometimes when you type things into the search engine it throws an error message as well.

Glad that at least one person is doing fine with it.

Funny thing. I went straight to the company that made this on-line shopping cart, and their tech people diddled around for a week trying to figure it out - with no success. They still don't know the problem.

I called a guy who did a little custom work on the site - and he pinned down the problem in 5 minutes.

For some odd reason item #WS95 was crashing the whole category. We've deactivated that item for tonight - and hope to figure out the issue and get it back on tomorrow.

In the future we have a better tech person to keep everything running smoothly. Yippee!
