I picked up a few JJD British Troops for my Jacobite Collection.

Here are a couple of pics

Anyone else got some pics of their collection of these guys ?

Hey Ron, your collection is really cool.

I collect this series too.

I don't think anybody paints Highlander plaids as well.

I don't have any photos right now, but I'm getting ready to start a Battle of Culloden Moor diorama with the Culwhiniac Parks Walls in it.

I think John has plans for a lot of Cumberland's forces in the near future.

Grenadiers immediately and maybe some mounted Dragoons later.

He may even do some French regulars for the Highlanders side.

I always loved the Grenadiers but am really excited about the mounted Dragoons.

I have acquired a good volley firing squad already, of about 15 sets of the BJ's, and have all the Highlanders.

He promised me a bagpiper, lol, and I bet if he does it, it will be a sturdy well painted figure.

I need to get a few more of the firing guys too.

Right now still working on my JJD Virginia Militia display - need indians and french troops !

Of course all of this on top of all the new releases from K&C !

Hey fellas - John only produces 500 sets of each figure. please leave some for us mere mortals. Seriously though, nice collection brewing there Ron. I too collect the 1745 range. I've got all bar JR06 and the last two Barrell's sets. Mark at TMT keeps me supplied and does a good job of it but despite how much I try I'm always behind the drag curve.

Really looking forward to the future releases this range has a lot of scope in terms of spectacle, colour and animation.
