Thanks in advance.

Hi and welcome to the forum!
Sounds like you have already got this.
I saw it in person for the first time at the London Show and was impressed with the detail on this. Wasn't that bothered from looking at the photos, but now it's on the list.

A warm welcome to the forum Lasalle!.

As my friend Simon says above,Saturday was also my first proper look at it and I was also impressed with both quality and value for money,I'm going to want two of these for my Airfield.I am about to finish my D Day dio and then will start thinking about my 70th Anniversary Battle of Britain scene.

Welcome LaSalle.:)

I bought one the day before the Symposium started while visiting with Andy at the Toy Soldier Gallery. The Hut is absolutely a must have for an RAF/USAAC enthusiast. I have the original K&C wood and papier mache Quonset Hut from 1996 and the Heco standard Nissen Hut from about the same time, and the present production K&C Nissen hut is by far the most realistic looking of the three.:cool: I'll probably end up buying at least two more for my 12 foot by 6 foot RAF airfield diorama.

Go on mate, get two;).They look so good with the new warbirds don't they, as was discussed on Saturday I'm glad I didn't get into the wooden versions myself as these new ones are right on the money.I understand the FW190 is next and then a Spit,a Stuka would also be very welcome:cool::cool:.

I'll just check to make sure Tony's got your CC details, then I'm away! 2, 3, heck< maybe I'll go a dozen. :D
I'll go the FW190 and Spitfire, along with any 109, Mossie, Typhoon or Tempest that may come our way. Stuka is waaaaaay too ugly to grace my shelves ;)

Hello,
Thanks all for your words of welcome
I'am Xavier, French navy officer, just retired. I discovered the wonderful world of K & C during a port visit in Hong Kong in June 2008 and I became a fan!!! (not for my credit card...).
Currently, I collect the following items:
- Napoleonics,(only Brits and French)
- Ancient Egypt
- RAF, USAF, Luftwaffe (only aircrafts and crew members)
- USN and Streets of old Hong Kong
- 8th Army (only SAS)
- and Sons of Empire....
Thats...all.
I managed to convert my wife to the world of K & C and I escaped to divorce ...Lol!!!
Best Regards
Xavier

Thank you for all your comments, including Lasalle, Randy, Rob, Ed, Richard and Harrie. It will fit the space. Interesting idea about sawing it in half. Never thought of that. You get some great modeling tips here, people looking at an idea from different angles.
