North & South Magazine Ceases Publication (1 Viewer)

I don't how many of you read this magazine (I only was a subscriber for a year or so) but the publisher has announced he has ceasing publication. It's a pity as they had some very fine articles.

For those interested in the magazine you can find back issues on eBay at reasonable prices.

N&S magazine was nothing but trouble. The articles and maps were great then it quickly fell apart when the publisher took his girlfriend and went to China. Now I don't know if this is the same guy or new owners.

I lost two years that I just renewed and no one recovered their payments. This was two-three years ago. When I saw it on sale again at B&N I avoided it like the plague. Some guys at the time ordered lifetime subscriptions for $500.00 and lost. He also scammed on a WWll magazine that he started. I got the first issue and no following issues. Complaints were filed against him at the time. They even had a N&S website devoted to people who were victims. Many writers, map illustrators and others who did the articles never got paid. John
