I thought this was just too funny not to share...

I live in a heavy trick or treat traffic neighborhood...

usually get about 1,000 to 1,300 children at my door annually...

I know because I always count how many piece of candy I buy and how many I have left over...

I give them good candy...
Snickers...Three Musketeers...Milkyways...Butterfingers...etc...nice sized bars...
not those little bite sized pieces...

it usually costs me about $150...$200 for the candy...
but I don't mind...

we actually have 2 cops working the entrance to keep traffic flowing...

last night I had about 1,100 kids come to my door...

I rarely take pictures...
and everybody has probably already seen these costumes but me...

but these 2 kids cracked me up...
Donald's smirk and Hillary's exaggerated smile...
the kid wearing the Donald mask...
had the perfect pose for his expression with his finger pointing at Hillary...
had to share it...

I lived in another neighborhood 20-years ago. My kids were young and we lived in a young subdivision. We'd go through like 25-bags of candy. Last night, my wife went to the same neighborhood to celebrate with a friend and only 4-kids came. The neighborhood kids grew up!

Anybody used to throw water balloons in your kid days? In my day, our costume was a cheap 10-cent mask and a paper sack to collect candy. If you had the plastic pumpkin to collect candy, you were rich. When I think back, those were fond memories, but we were poor. Everybody was poor. My kids have no clue.

1,100. That's amazing. We're lucky if we get 10. You must be very busy. No wonder the candy companies love Halloween!

I had a ton of kids. Halloween was on Sunday here because my town has a big parade on the 31st. It was 72 degrees and sunny all day. If it hadn't of rained when it got dark I would have run out of candy. looked like zombies were the big costumes this year. We even had a zombie Hillary.
