October Toys Dead Zombie Mini Figures (1 Viewer)

Zombies? Really? Go up and see how many of the great metal companies are doing zombies. Is it any wonder that plastic collectors get no respect from metal figure collectors? I know: keeping it in plastic, maybe we can all show our Lego or Playmobil figures. And how about them great Bob the Builder figures from Fisher Price?

Jay, That was a pleasant post. I think the Zombies were a Treat for October Halloween. At least Scott does his own work. Carving, painting, converting . I do the same with metal and plastic troops to fit my Historic collections.
Personally , I have a bit more respect for modelers that work on some or all of their pieces rather than just BUY everything factory made for their displays.
All my daughters Barbie stuf came factory made out of a box too. Oh my , brilliant posing of Barbie and Ken's at their dream house .
Zombies, well , no not for me, but Scott was just sharing some work on unique Halloween figs.
Some of us like miniatures in all scales and subjects. It's the creativity, even if just some paint.

Zombies are not something I would do myself but I admire Scott's paintwork on these,
When I log onto the forum I go strait to the creative threads..PLastic,Painting ect....as im more of a hobbyist at heart rather then a collector!
I like looking at all types of peoples work from Zombies to Lord of The Rings and all Historical periods if you have carved hacked converted or
Just painted a stock figure that gets my respect!

So you have an issue with Lego and Playmobile figures. You must have been a very neglected child with all that coal in your stockings.:rolleyes2: Sorry, but you need a no fun forum where no one will play with you. Michael

Really nice work Scott, What scale are these figures?

I'm very impressed that zombie was able to keep his towel on long enough for his skin to decay ^&grin

And Great work Scott. Always a pleasure to see your brushwork

Thank you very much.

I have advanced the theory that zombies and walkers should be pantless as those garments would fall down over time and zombies aren't that big on neatness.

Nice they can't tighten there belts so I would have to agree. Someone needs to do a herd of zombies doing the pants around the ankle shuffle.:salute::
