Old Guard artillery (2 Viewers)

Certainly looks like Patriot style moulding and painting...? But they would have made an announcement surely?

Looks very good; pricing is OK and the Patriot figures are very nice, dynamic poses and good painting. They need more attention as good as they are!

Mark,

I have been having a look at the Patriot Nap Figures over the last couple of weeks.

I now have all 6 Young Guard figures, 6 Brunswickers figures & 4 Old Guard figures (including NASET1).

They are all excellent figures, the poses are a little diferent to the standard ones (there are the standard standing and kneeling firing figures which all sets need). The kneeling loading, kneeling bite & wounded Young Guard are very good and I very much like the NASET1 Old Guard Comrade set.

The paint job is the equal of K&C and they are as solidly made as John Jenkins. (Very hard to bend rifles).

The Nap sets are limited to a run of 400 sets max. and at $26 USD each one of the better buys around these days.

To their size, yes they are a bit larger than K&C and JJD, I would say a good 1/4 inch bigger (5 to 6mm).

But apart from that I would give them a 8 to 8.5 out of 10 (as a base I would give K&C 8 to 8.5 and JJD 9 to 9.5 out of 10).

That is my 2 cents anyway. :D

How do they stack up size wise with KC and FL?

Patiot figs are 6,3 cm high (from feet to top of head!). K/C are around 5,8 cm - 6,3 cm (some giant figs of Waepon SS). No there is a difference between K/C and Patriot around 2 mm or so- they work well together! I have tried this!
