My eight year old nephew Oliver is showing an interest in planes. He received a ten piece metal Spad for Christmas which he assembled and then his Dad worked some computer magic. I don't like being shown up be an eight year old but he is very bright - when I said I would load up his picture on the Forum, he said 'OK - but no surnames'!

Here is his first effort!

You should have claimed the plane and effects as your own Jack! Tell your nephew and his dad very well done! {bravo}}

I don't mind being shown up and I'm not too proud to say that your nephew did show me up. Great effort.

Great job. You have to love an 8 year old interested in WW1 aviation! Keep it going. :smile2: -- Al

Thanks everyone for posting. Oliver was very pleased that people responded.

Al - Oliver was far more confident looking at his ten piece model than my father was looking at that 400 piece Gotha!
